Distressed Son To Former Police Spokesman Charles Owino Says He Has Been Abandoned And Rely On Begging

A 25-year-old Kenyatta University student claiming to be the son of former police spokesperson, Charles Owino, has continued to air his dirt in public.

The distressed young man, identified as Kepha Ochieng, now claims that Owino does not support any of his kids.

He alleges that his brother, who is currently pursuing his education at the University of Nairobi, pays for his own fees.

His sister, Winnie, is completing her education at Kibabii Teachers Training College and her fees is being paid by her auntie.

Kepha says he doesn’t have anything against his father.

All he wants is his dad to take parental responsibility.

“Let it be known that dad does not support any of my siblings. Young, is currently in University of Nairobi paying for his own fees.

Winnie is a finalist at Kibabii Diploma Teachers training college and her fees being paid by Our Aunty.

“I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST MY FATHER, IN FACT, I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.

All I need is to be given my rightful place in the family,” he wrote.
