Mount Kenya University (MKU) is just a mere backstreet college with better funding. Nothing much.
This is the same institute that falsely promised students’ a 30 per cent fee reduction when the pandemic was raging in 2020. The fact that it was never effected shows just how the cartelic management has lied to Kenyans through PR that this is a great university.

Kindly can you help me to expose insanity that is going on at Mount Kenya university.
Most students at MKU are self sponsored(pssp) ; they go through alot before paying that school fees. When doing a degree program we are supposed to pay fees for 8 semesters and one cannot be allowed to do exams with eve 5bob balance which is okay we don’t have problem with that.
The problem is after you pay full semester fees, they offer you only 2 or 3 units which is not fair. This makes one not finish all required units in the given 8 semesters.
The reason for the above is so that they can claim that one pays normal fees for extra semesters to clear the missing units which they deliberately didn’t offer.
It’s so disappointing because some of us we pay fees by ourselves.
Kindly help me to expose them but hide my identity.
Complaint 2
Hi Cyprian.
There is a problem of Fraudster at MKU Universtity. This University has admitted me for a degree course in Jan 2019. I paid fees and I started attending lectures and almost did all the CATs, at around early March, the university told me you did not qualify to do this course and I should rather change to an other course.
I decline to change the course.
Since the fault is not mine, MKU told me to apply for refund and within early March I applied for the refund and up to now I did not get my money.
Please post this deceit, trickery and time wastage.
