Being the head of finance at Kenya Institute Of Management, many would expect Anthony Muhia Ngungi to be a man of little worries, unknown to many including how own family, he was living in fear.
Lets now go straight to the point. A Dossier seen by Nairobi Exposed dubbed KIM 1 FT. 1. Details the corruption deals in the institution’s management that features one Mr. Muriithi Ndegwa (Lucifer), Executive Director and CEO of The Kenya Institute of Management and his errand boy Mr. Collins Obuogo (the Black Mamba).
The Kenya Institute of Management was started in 1954……lets cut the crap!
Lucifer and the Black Mamba have caused so many fraudulent acts at KIM since 2018 when they had a bromance to mint cash and frustrate staff within the Institute. They have now gone overboard and pushed the Head of Finance Anthony Ngugi to his grave! (RIP)
It started immediately when he joined the Institute Muriithi had a plan to eliminate all his rivals and anyone who would challenge him so that he can form a team he can manipulate and extort cash from the Institute.
After the Job evaluation process which costed the Institute 15M and eliminating all the threats, he organized a culture change program liaising with his old friend James Gitau of Peak Performance International to train and transform the Institute.
This was a big SCAM! Peak performance quoted 15M for the entire process but at the back end it only costed 7M, the 8M was shared between James and Muriithi after payment. It was so easy since he was the one to approve.
This did not stop the greedy Lucifer, he continued to mint cash by taking advance salaries of millions considering his hefty pay of UPTO 1M only to turn his back on Anthony(now deceased) not to deduct a dime, so that means it was free money! This is the moment he started frustrating Anthony by going against the policy.
The introduction of his errand boy who was to cover up for the audits and other stuff led to disagreement between him and Anthony since he also took advantage by taking advance cash and failed to pay. The Black Mamba became so powerful since he was protected by his god father Lucifer, frustrating and laying off staff if you go against there way.
The Black Mamba slept with his junior staff till one became uncomfortable and resigned (Lydia Chege) 2 years ago that’s just a by the way…..
ANTHONYS’ DEATH
After all the frustrations Anthony decided to resign last year but Lucifer declined his resignation. It was back and forth, the guy was doing things against his will.
The black Mamba accused him of Embezzlement, reported him to Lucifer and that’s how they began to depress Anthony. It started early this year, audit issues, credit card issues and petty cash were all dumped on Anthonys head without any evidence.
In early August, they sent him an email threatening him which led to his death by committing suicide. Anthony had resigned days before the email was sent to him but Lucifer rejected.
So why did he decline???

Source of the letter to NE wants the DCI to do a proper investigation, the KIM Council led by Kris and Kaunda to investigate all the internal impunity by this 2 and the media fraternity to air and shame this evil creatures.
