Blogger Alleges CS Miano and PS Museiya Are in a Lesbian Relationship

Controversial blogger Aoko Otieno has made explosive claims about the private lives of Tourism Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano and Principal Secretary Sylvia Museiya, alleging that the two senior government officials are romantically involved.

In a series of posts on her X (formerly Twitter) account, Aoko accused Miano of belonging to the LGBTQ community and claimed that she is in a relationship with Museiya.

According to the blogger, the two officials frequently meet at Novotel Hotel in Westlands for private encounters. She further alleged that they were once caught in an intimate moment in the office and threatened to release a video as proof—prompting Miano to block her on X.

The allegations, which remain unsubstantiated, have sparked mixed reactions online. While some social media users demanded evidence, others dismissed the claims as defamatory and politically motivated.

Neither CS Miano nor PS Museiya has publicly responded to the allegations at the time of publication.

Kenya’s laws criminalize same-sex relationships, and public figures linked to LGBTQ matters often face significant scrutiny and backlash.
