His lawyer Elkana Mogaka pleaded with the court to release his client on lenient bail terms, alleging that his family depend on him for food and school fees.
Lawyer Elkana Mogaka told the Magistrate that his client
runs a company that books DJs, influencers and others.
He was released on a bond of half a million pending hearing and determination of his criminal case.
“You may be raised on a bond of 500,000 with one choice of the same amount or a cash payment of 100,000 shillings,” ordered Magistrate Ondieki.
