Chiloba At The Center Of Sh700M Tender Scams

Former IEBC Chief Executive Officer Ezzra Chiloba could be jailed over sh691.5 million dubious tenders during his heydays at the electoral body.

Chiloba is at pain to explain how the whopping cash was spent in catering services in county offices during the chaotic 2017 general elections.

In a shocking report released by the Public Accounts Committee, auditors point out that Chiloba presided over noncompetitive tender, a matter that raised eyebrows.

Wandayi

The Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi led committee now wants Chiloba to be compelled to give satisfactory explanations over the expenditure or surcharged.

Chiloba was last December appointed to the Youth Enterprise Development Fund as a board member for a period of three years.
