An old man was forced to face disciplinary action from the Chief’s Baraza in Gem after he was accused for sellling his grand daughter’s uniform and making Githeri out of his wife’s maize and beans that were meant to be used as seeds as it is a planting season. As a measure,he was made to lay on the ground and receive 20 strokes of canes from the chief’s security better known as “youthe”
