Mombasa County has lost yet another leader and this time around a county minister.
According to the official Twitter page of Mombasa county governor Hassan Ali Joho, the late Francis Kombe, passed on today afternoon after long illness.
The late was the Mombasa County Minister for environment.
I am deeply saddened by the passing on of my Environment Chief Officer the late Mr. Francis Kombe. I have lost a committed and selfless Chief Officer. My condolences to his family, friends and the people of Mombasa. May the Almighty God rest his soul in eternal peace. pic.twitter.com/TONmW4i0wU
