Hellenah Ken a popular Kenyan Gospel artist is on the receiving end for all the wrong reasons of having swindled millions from unsuspecting public.
In a case by a group of ladies they merged up in a business deal that went absolute raw. Here’s the story of how the servant of God
“I met HELLEN in 2007 through some friends who apparently schooled together. We became close and stroke an idea of starting a CHAMA. The idea grew into a Ten members (10) ladies CHAMA .” Says Soney.
“After 2 years, a vice of disagreement between her and some members cropped up after noticing some form of wickedness which led to them boycotting the CHAMA. Later she came up with an idea of investing in plots, an idea she well schemed and falsely sunk it into our minds not to realize she wanted to con the whole team, it so happened that Utalii Hotel Sacco were selling some plots and since she is a Laundry supervisor there, she convinced us that she will buy under her names in order to get a good discounted deal. A process she was to do and afterwards transfer the plot in our CHAMA name and account. That was the last time we saw her.

She started giving the Ladies fake dates to go and view the plot, lied about the plot location followed by exchange of words that were unexpected and unbelievable to them to come from her, “ you can’t take me anywhere” those are words she uttered when she was questioned since she mingles a lot with politicians. A fine example to the whole scenario is when she pocketed a whole Sh .1.5 Million in a fundraising she hosted last month.
“Last year we decided to seek authority and reported the case at Buruburu police station how the case went only God knows. Last month we decided to try again and reported her to Embakasi police station, she was summoned and came with her lawyer who was a witness in her statement that she was to pay her by 5th of August , Since then we’ve never had from her.” Soney Tells.
When the besieged artist was reached out at for a response on the allegations, her words were not only careless and rude but defensive to point out at a possible guilt,”you can never stop people from commenting and talking about you what you respond matters… Time will come you’ll know the truth and truth shall set you free.I am too busy for those nonesenses.My reputation is in the hand of God not men.Be blessed.” Said furious Helena.
