Agile and GreenCom were the only firms that advanced to the final evaluation stage.
GreenCom successfully met preliminary and mandatory technical requirements but fell short in the technical capacity evaluation. The ARB decision came after GreenCom’s grievance about the evaluation process was rejected due to insufficient evidence.
While Agile Business Solutions continues to secure multimillion- shillings contracts, its internal operation is marred by endless scandals and discontent among employees.
