Initially speculations were rife that international acts such as Nikki Minaj and Ricki Ross would grace the occasion,a scenario that would have caused hundreds of millions to see it come into reality. However it remained as a speculation and none never came leaving the local artists to take centre stage and rip off.

Its further emerging that some of those in the list are yet to be paid the full amount and have been camping at Tedd Josiah’s office who heads the entertainment block and media issues begging for the settlement of full payment months later after execution.
