On the Saturday afternoon a tragic incident hit the land of Kenya. A group of about 10 gunmen raided and took over Westgate mall of Nairobi.
They engaged in reckless shooting ending in the death of so far confirmed numbers to be 26 with several gunshots injuries reported.
As speculations continues to spread on wether it was a normal or terror attack,the answer has been given.
Alshabaab a Somalia based terrorist group has come out to claim responsibility of the incident. From their official twitter handle statement,the terrorist group claims this is a revenge mission on Kenya Defence Forces raiding Somalia.
Alshabaab is allied to international terrorist group Alqaeda.
